About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Polokwane. You will be responsible for guiding new clients through the initial stages of engagement, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to our services. This role is critical in setting the foundation for long-term client relationships and satisfaction, requiring excellent organizational skills and a commitment to delivering a positive first impression, contributing to the company's reputation for seamless client integration.

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
