Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Architectural Technologist to play a key role in their Polokwane
-based practice. This position demands extensive technical expertise in translating architectural designs into buildable realities. You will be responsible for producing detailed construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for a range of projects, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements and quality standards. The role requires strong collaboration skills, working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of designs on site.

- Lead the production of detailed construction documentation, including drawings and specifications using BIM software .
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with national building codes, standards, and client briefs.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the design and construction phases.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical queries.
- Review contractor submittals and ensure compliance with design intent.
- Mentor and guide junior technologists and drafters within the team.
- Degree or Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD, with a thorough understanding of BIM workflows.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and South African building regulations.
