Early Childhood Development; ECD) Facilitator

Our client is seeking a compassionate and energetic Early Childhood Development (ECD) Facilitator for a vibrant preschool in Polokwane. This role focuses on creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children, promoting their holistic development through play-based activities and structured learning experiences. You will be instrumental in fostering foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional well-being for preschoolers in the Limpopo region.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning activities for young children (ages 3-5).
• Foster the development of essential skills, including language, cognitive, motor, and social-emotional competencies.

• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining records and communicating regularly with parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with other ECD practitioners and staff to ensure a cohesive and high-quality early learning program.

• A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Development (ECD Level 4 or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with young children in an ECD setting.
• Sound knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early learning.
