• Lead the planning, design, and analysis of transportation infrastructure projects.
• Develop traffic models, conduct traffic impact studies, and design traffic control measures.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for road networks and intersections.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to secure project approvals.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical development of the transportation team.

• Master's degree in Transportation Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in transportation engineering and planning.
• Professional registration with ECSA is required.
• Proficiency in transportation modeling software (e.g., VISSIM , TransCAD) and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of traffic engineering principles, geometric design, and ITS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
