Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage R&D projects focused on new product development and process innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, laboratory experiments, and pilot-scale trials for novel chemical processes.
- Analyze complex experimental data, interpret results, and develop comprehensive technical reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, manufacturing, and marketing.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in chemical engineering and relevant scientific fields.
- Contribute to the intellectual property portfolio through patent applications and technical disclosures.
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in chemical research and development.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and scaling new chemical processes or products.
- Expertise in reaction engineering , catalysis, or materials science.
- Proficiency with laboratory equipment, analytical instrumentation, and data analysis tools.
