About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team, contributing to the design and development of innovative mechanical solutions. This on-site role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring new products and systems to fruition. You will be involved in all phases of the design process, from conceptualization to production support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong theoretical and practical understanding of mechanical engineering, excellent CAD skills, and a passion for creating high-quality, functional designs.

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using advanced CAD software , meeting performance and quality targets.
• Conduct engineering analyses, such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA), to validate design concepts and ensure structural integrity.
• Generate detailed manufacturing drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for production.
• Collaborate effectively with manufacturing engineers to optimize designs for efficient production and cost reduction.
• Participate actively in design reviews, providing valuable technical input and problem-solving expertise.
• Support testing and troubleshooting of prototypes and production units to identify and resolve issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, Inventor) and basic simulation tools.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, material properties, and engineering standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities for effective on-site collaboration.
