• Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Monitor process performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct process hazard analyses (PHA) and implement safety improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D to scale up new processes from laboratory to plant scale.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and company safety standards.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for yield improvement and cost reduction.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in process engineering within a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of chemical reactions, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of process safety management (PSM) principles.
