Our client seeks a dedicated Electrical Engineer with expertise in industrial automation and control systems to join their growing team in Polokwane . This role is essential for designing, implementing, and supporting automated processes across various industrial applications, enhancing efficiency and operational performance. - Design, develop, and program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and associated control systems.
- Configure and maintain HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and SCADA systems for effective process monitoring and control.
- Implement automation solutions to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system issues on the factory floor.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
- Stay abreast of new automation technologies and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial automation and control engineering.
- Proficiency with major PLC brands (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell Automation) and HMI/SCADA software.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, and industrial networks.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
