• Analyze and optimize existing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies for electronic components.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams on product design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Implement and manage statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and control process variability.
• Support the introduction of new products, ensuring a smooth transition from development to mass production.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of electronic components, assembly processes, and testing methods.
• Proficiency in process optimization techniques, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools is a plus.
