• Perform system-level analysis, including load calculations, fault tolerance studies, and power quality assessments.
• Integrate electrical systems with other aircraft subsystems, ensuring seamless functionality and compliance with design specifications.
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for electrical components and systems, both in lab environments and on aircraft.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical system issues encountered during development, manufacturing, and in-service phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and manufacturing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (e.g., ARP standards, MIL-SPECs) and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, test reports, and specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior electrical engineers.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in aircraft electrical system design and analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft electrical power generation, distribution, and control systems.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAE tools for electrical design and simulation (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Mentor Graphics, Solid Works Electrical).
• Experience with aerospace wiring standards, connectors, and materials.
• Understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) principles in aircraft environments.
