• Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries and providing timely information.
• Organize and manage investor meetings, calls, and site visits.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform investor communications.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and development teams to ensure accurate reporting.

• Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and real estate development.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with institutional and individual investors.
• Knowledge of securities regulations and disclosure requirements.
