Human Capital Management Consultant

Our client is seeking a dynamic Human Capital Management Consultant to join their team in Polokwane. This role focuses on advising organizations on strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent. You will work with leadership to design and implement effective HR policies, organizational structures, and talent management programs. The goal is to build high-performing work forces that align with business objectives and foster a positive organizational culture, driving business success through strategic people management.

• Assess clients' current human capital strategies and identify opportunities for improvement in talent acquisition, development, and retention.
• Design and implement effective organizational structures, job roles, and compensation strategies.
• Develop and execute performance management systems and employee engagement programs.
• Advise on change management initiatives and employee relations strategies.
• Assist clients in selecting and implementing HR technology solutions.
• Conduct workforce planning and succession planning exercises to ensure organizational readiness.

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, organizational development, or human capital consulting.
• Proven expertise in talent management, compensation and benefits, and HR strategy development.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
