About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Logistics Operations Specialist to join their busy team in Polokwane. This role is central to the efficient functioning of our client's Logistics & Warehousing operations, involving the coordination and management of various logistical activities. You will ensure that shipments are handled correctly, inventory is managed effectively, and that all operations comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of logistical processes within the Limpopo province.

• Coordinate the movement of goods, including scheduling pick-ups and deliveries.
• Manage warehouse inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper storage of products.
• Process shipping documentation and maintain accurate logistical records.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor logistics performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and transportation regulations.

• Experience in a logistics, warehousing, or supply chain role.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management techniques.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office and logistics management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work full-time at our Polokwane facility.
