• Source and procure goods within the assigned category, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and contracts.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Manage inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs or excess inventory.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations in the purchasing process.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience in managing supplier contracts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage data and make informed purchasing decisions.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management techniques.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems is essential.
