About the Role
Our client requires a highly skilled and safety-conscious Industrial Cleaning Specialist to join their team in Polokwane . This role is critical for maintaining safe and efficient operations within industrial environments, including factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will be responsible for specialized cleaning tasks, hazard prevention, and ensuring compliance with stringent safety regulations. The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of industrial cleaning procedures and equipment, demonstrating a commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards in all aspects of their work in the Polokwane region.
Key Responsibilities- Perform specialized industrial cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials and industrial waste in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain specialized industrial cleaning equipment, such as pressure washers and industrial vacuums.
- Implement and adhere to strict safety protocols, identifying and mitigating potential workplace hazards.
- Conduct regular safety checks and provide recommendations for improving cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Cleaner or in a similar specialized cleaning role.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals, methods, and equipment.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations within industrial settings.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and potentially in confined spaces or at heights.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to undergo specific safety training and certifications.
