About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Specialized Deep Cleaning Technician to join their team in Polokwane . This role involves performing in-depth cleaning and decontamination services for challenging environments, including post-construction sites, heavily soiled areas, and areas requiring specialized hygiene protocols. You will utilize advanced cleaning techniques and equipment to restore and maintain pristine conditions. The ideal candidate is meticulous, safety-conscious, and dedicated to delivering exceptional results in maintaining a high level of cleanliness within various facilities across Limpopo .
Key Responsibilities- Execute specialized deep cleaning procedures for a variety of environments, including industrial, commercial, and residential spaces.
- Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment such as high-pressure washers, industrial vacuums, and chemical applicators.
- Apply appropriate cleaning agents and disinfectants safely and effectively.
- Conduct thorough site assessments to determine the scope of cleaning required and the best approach.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Dispose of waste materials, including potentially hazardous substances, according to regulatory guidelines.
- Proven experience as a deep cleaning technician or in a similar specialized cleaning role.
- Proficiency in using a wide range of deep cleaning equipment and techniques.
- Knowledge of chemical handling, safety data sheets (SDS), and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure thoroughness.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks in varied conditions in Polokwane .
