Facilities Cleaning Coordinator

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Facilities Cleaning Coordinator to manage and optimize the cleaning services for their extensive premises in Polokwane . • Plan, schedule, and oversee daily cleaning operations for all company facilities.
• Manage and direct a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure efficient use of cleaning supplies and equipment, managing inventory and procurement.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and identify maintenance needs.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols.
• Liaise with facility managers and other departments to coordinate cleaning activities and address concerns.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleaning management or facility maintenance coordination.
• Proven experience in supervising cleaning staff and managing operational schedules.
• Solid understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices in sanitation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in South Africa, particularly in Polokwane .
