The Educator presents and facilitates Higher Education and Training programmes and courses for students and employees to develop competence as independent healthcare practitioners. The role includes both classroom-based and practical training.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with Higher Education & Training and American Heart Association (AHA) standards
- Design and assess learning materials and interventions
- Facilitate the learning process, including both theoretical and clinical training
- Coordinate and administer student-related processes
Required Education
- Registered Professional Nurse
- Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Education / Health Science Education
- Postgraduate Diploma in a Nursing Specialty (e.g., Critical Care, Emergency, or Theatre Nursing)
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- Not applicable
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Professional Nurse
- At least 1 year’s experience in training or education
