About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and thorough Quality Assurance Engineer to join their manufacturing team in Polokwane . This role is vital for ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, analyzing quality data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) .
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
• Manage product testing, validation, and certification processes.
• Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis techniques.
