About the Role
Our client seeks a meticulous Quality Engineer to join their operations in Polokwane . This role is essential for ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement in quality performance. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in quality management principles and a commitment to excellence.

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) in line with industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits of production processes and finished products to ensure compliance.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product and process quality.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards and procedures to relevant staff.
- Manage customer feedback related to quality and drive resolution of quality-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and SPC.
- Experience with quality auditing and root cause analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in relevant software, including MS Office and quality management software.
