This role involves contributing to the synthesis and optimization of novel drug candidates, working closely with medicinal chemists and biologists. • Synthesize complex organic molecules and intermediates for drug discovery programs.
• Develop and optimize synthetic routes for target compounds.
• Purify and characterize synthesized compounds using analytical techniques (e.g., NMR, LC-MS, HPLC).
• Collaborate with medicinal chemists to design and synthesize new chemical entities (NCEs) with improved properties.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and contribute to research reports and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and laboratory best practices.

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in synthetic organic chemistry.
• Proven expertise in synthetic organic chemistry, including multi-step synthesis and reaction optimization.
• Hands-on experience with modern purification and characterization techniques.
• Familiarity with drug discovery processes and medicinal chemistry principles.
