• Conduct laboratory experiments to study viral replication, pathogenesis, and host-virus interactions.
• Develop and optimize assays for viral detection and characterization.
• Isolate and culture various viruses, performing molecular and serological analyses.
• Contribute to the design and execution of experiments aimed at antiviral drug screening.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, preparing detailed reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to biosafety protocols.

• Ph.D. in Virology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in virology research, including handling of infectious agents.
• Hands-on experience with techniques such as PCR, RT-PCR, plaque assays, and cell culture.
• Knowledge of viral genetics and protein expression.
