About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Regional Sales Manager to lead their software solutions sales team in the Limpopo province, based in Polokwane . This leadership role involves setting sales targets, coaching and developing the sales team, and driving strategic initiatives to expand market share. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds its objectives.

This is a critical position for an experienced sales leader passionate about technology and driving growth in a dynamic market.

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software sales professionals to achieve regional sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence in Limpopo .
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the region.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing complex software deals.
• Ensure the team adheres to sales processes and utilizes CRM systems effectively.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software sales , with at least 3 years in a sales management role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and exceeding targets in the software industry.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and solutions.
