About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Social Support Worker to join their team serving the Polokwane area. This role focuses on providing direct assistance and guidance to individuals and families facing social challenges, helping them to access resources and improve their quality of life. The position involves a mix of in-person client interaction and remote administrative tasks, offering a flexible approach to community support.

You will play a key role in connecting individuals with essential services and empowering them to achieve greater independence and stability within the Limpopo province.

• Assess client needs and develop personalized support plans.
• Assist clients in accessing social services, financial aid, housing, and employment opportunities.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to clients navigating difficult situations.
• Liaise with community agencies and service providers to coordinate care.

• Qualification in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
