This crucial role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of high-quality native iOS and Android applications. Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of native iOS and Android mobile applications.
- Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into intuitive and engaging mobile experiences.
- Architect scalable and maintainable mobile solutions, ensuring code quality and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies, trends, and platform updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of deployed applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Proven expertise in native iOS development (Swift, Objective-C) and/or Android development (Kotlin, Java).
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Experience with mobile development frameworks, SDKs, and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
