• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Python and Django.
• Proficiency in Python, including advanced knowledge of its libraries and frameworks.
• Solid experience with Django framework and building RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of software testing principles and frameworks (e.g., Pytest).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
