• Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading of goods, ensuring items are handled carefully.
• Verify shipment contents against delivery manifests and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain delivery records and update tracking information accurately in the system.
• Perform basic vehicle checks on delivery vans before and after routes.
• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and address minor queries.
• Organize and maintain the dispatch area, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.

• Valid driver's license (Code 08 or higher).
• Previous experience in a delivery, warehouse, or logistics support role is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and dispatch procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 15kg.
