About the Role

Our client is looking for a customer-focused Local Delivery Driver to join their operations in Polokwane . You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of retail goods to customers' homes and businesses throughout the Limpopo province. This role requires a friendly demeanor, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience, which is paramount for our brand in the local retail logistics sector.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and possess a good knowledge of the Polokwane area and its surrounding towns, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction with every delivery.

• Operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver retail products to customers.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of daily delivery routes.
• Handle packages with care and confirm order accuracy upon delivery.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during delivery interactions.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs.
• Accurately record delivery details and obtain customer signatures.

• Valid Code 10 driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in delivery driving or a customer service role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Polokwane and surrounding areas.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weight packages.
