Logistics Coordinator - Freight

• Coordinate the booking and scheduling of shipments with various freight carriers (road, rail, sea, air).
• Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and manifests.
• Track shipments in real-time and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and industry standards.
• Assist in managing carrier relationships and negotiating competitive rates.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related transportation role.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation, customs procedures, and international trade regulations.
