Warehouse Associate

About the Role

Our client is seeking reliable and diligent Warehouse Associates to support their operations in Polokwane . As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately. This hands-on role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

You will contribute directly to the smooth functioning of our client's supply chain and customer fulfillment processes.

• Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
• Organize and maintain stock within the warehouse, ensuring proper placement and rotation.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Conduct regular checks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the work area.
• Assist with inventory counts and discrepancy investigations as required.

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures in Polokwane .
