Free Role & Responsibilities:
Covers all surgical services: OBGYN, Ortho, General Surgery, Endo, ENT Functions across Pre-op, PACU, OR Circulator, and Endoscopy Floats within Surgical Services and may assist other departments within scope Ratios:
Pre-op: 1:3 PACU: 1:2 OR: 1:1 Call & Scheduling:
On-call required: 8 days total, including one Fri–Sun weekend Weekends required on-call only Block scheduling:
