Clinic RN - Family Medicine at Providence

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment. This role facilitates care coordination using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching through direct patient encounters, telephonic/telehealth, or electronic communication. The RN works collaboratively with the health care team, maintains compliance with professional standards, and supports clinicians in delivering high‑quality care.

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate or baccalaureate degree in nursing.
• Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
• Minimum 18 months of professional nursing experience.
