Within the Safety Critical Avionic Equipment SW – Cockpit SW organizational unit of the Electronics Division, we are looking for an
** Avionic Software Engineer

The person will mainly deal with the following activities:
* Analysis of customer requirements
* Development/Verification of Embedded Real Time and Safety Critical SW applications for avionics subsystems
* Development/Verification of graphical/HMI avionics applications
* Writing test scenarios
* Preparation of project documentation
* Testing and integration of Real Time software applications developed into the final system
* V&V activities in accordance with DO178C
* Management of V&V project teams
* Participation in meetings/reviews with Clients/Suppliers
* Participation in process reviews with Clients/Certification Authorities
** Educational qualifications:
*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer/Electronic Engineering, Master's degree in Computer/Electronic Engineering, Master's degree in Computer Science
** Seniority**
* ** Junior**: 1-3 years of experience
* ** Expert**: 3-5 years of experience
* ** Senior**: 5-10 years of experience
** Technical knowledge and skills
*** Knowledge of electronic and IT technological contexts applied to complex equipment
* Digital architectures
* Knowledge of SW versioning tools
* Knowledge of requirements management tools
* Knowledge of avionics standards (DO178C)
* Real Time Embedded Systems
* Knowledge of RTOS (Integrity, VxWorks)
* Knowledge of cartography

** Language skills
*** Good knowledge of English (B2)
** Computer skills
*** Knowledge of C/C++, Python programming languages

* Knowledge of Real Time operating systems
* Knowledge of Real Time testing methodologies
* Knowledge of the OpenGL library is a plus
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
