Experteer Overview  In this role you will lead Italy's end‑to‑end Surgery Supply Chain, aligning local execution with global priorities to drive service, cost efficiency and cash flow. You will act as the main supply chain liaison for Commercial, translating strategies into market‑level actions and ensuring reliable supply, product launch readiness and demand agility. You will foster cross‑functional collaboration across Planning, Customer Service, D&T, Manufacturing, and Quality to deliver strong operational performance.

Retribuzione / Benefits   Develop and deploy Italy E2E supply chain vision aligned with global Surgery priorities, focusing on service, cost, inventory optimization, and cash‑flow performance
Partner with Italy Surgery Commercial leadership to enable growth through reliable supply, launches, deal support, PMR/LCM, and demand agility
Own customer service performance, create dashboards (OTIF, lead time, fill rate), drive corrective actions and align service with realities
Represent Supply Chain in commercial leadership and orchestrate collaboration across Planning, Customer Service, D&T, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance
Lead regional service outcomes and rapid issue resolution with regional Plan teams; coordinate escalations and supply recovery plans
Develop and lead a high‑performing EMEA planning organization; ensure robust talent development, succession planning, and diverse leadership
Drive Continuous Improvement & Digitalization of the regional supply chain (ERP, OMP, analytics) and adopt best practices
Ensure compliance and alignment with Quality and Regulatory Affairs in cross‑functional initiatives
Responsabilità   Minimum of 10+ years end‑to‑end supply chain experience including senior leadership roles
Experience leading regional or global supply chain organizations in a matrixed environment
Proven success in IBP / S&OP maturity and enterprise‑level decision making
Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries
Deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain, demand/supply planning, inventory, logistics, and customer service
Strong business and financial acumen balancing service, cost, growth, and cash
Ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse stakeholders with limited direct authority
APICS / IBF certification preferred
