Bookkeeper

We are an import company located in Pomona, CA. We have been in business for the past 15 plus years, we have 2 locations (Pomona, Hayward). • Perform technical accounting tasks, including account analysis, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and process payroll for employees.
• Month End Closing.
• Assist with tax preparation and filing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Generate financial reports and statements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations.

• knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets. OMS (Office Master System) will be the best or similar accounting software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation : $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
