Classification Pay Scale:
In compliance with SB 1162, Western University of Health Sciences is providing a pay scale for this position. The pay scale reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within this range, the individual pay is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and work location.

Please note that the compensation details listed reflects the base salary only.

Expected Pay Scale:
Minimum: $23.15 Hourly;
Maximum: $24.12 Hourly.

Job Summary

Reports directly to the Manager of Campus Security and promotes and maintains safety at the University by supporting the efforts of Campus Security Officers and local Public Safety Departments. This position is the first point of contact when dealing with people, managing visitors, and welcoming students and employees. The Campus Parking Services Coordinator will act as the visitor liaison. This position also serves as the primary administrative support for campus parking operations.

Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of:
  • Working knowledge of campus policies.
  • Working knowledge of parking operations, customer service processes, or related administrative workflows preferred.
Skill:
  • Computer skills, specifically the ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and other required software programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; abilities must include effectively communicating with Western

    U students, administration, faculty, staff, visitors, and outside contacts.
  • Excellent customer service skills with special capabilities in working with all internal Western

    U members and external members of the community.
Ability to:
  • Demonstrate a commitment to working in an organization that values and promotes humanism.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative, clerical, customer‑service, or operations support work.
  • Experience delivering services to the public.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with parking databases, ticketing systems, or inventory management.
