The pay scale reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within this range, the individual pay is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and work location.

This is a College of Dental Medicine Full-Time faculty position within Western University of Health Sciences and is offered in conjunction with a faculty appointment. Together the administrative role (PCN A03381) and the faculty role (PCN F03168) comprise a full-time position (1.0 FTE / 5 days per week). The salary range listed in this posting represents the total compensation for the combined faculty and administrative responsibilities.

The Coordinator for Community Partnerships and Development for the College of Dental Medicine (CDM) primarily supports and manages administrative duties related to Community Based Dental Education. This position is in conjunction with a faculty position.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Recognized knowledge and experience in the area of expertise.
- The ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups, both in writing and orally.
- Ability to interact in an effective and positive manner with individuals of diverse backgrounds, including administration, faculty, students, staff, and outside contacts.
- Ability to effectively conduct detail-oriented assignments and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in an academic environment.
- Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD)
- Licenses: Current dental license in California
- Experience:
- Experience in FQHC and FQHC-look alike or similar clinic.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
- Experience:
- Background in public health and community dentistry
- Bilingual Spanish/English Chinese/English
