Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and an active California license.

Proficiency in clinical Spanish to communicate effectively with our patient base.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough eye examinations to assess vision and diagnose ocular diseases.

Interpret diagnostic tests and determine appropriate treatment plans for patients.

Prescribe corrective lenses and medications as needed.

Maintain accurate medical records for each patient, documenting findings and treatment plans.

Educate patients on proper eye care practices and the importance of regular eye exams.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Stay current with advancements in optometry and related fields through continuous education.

Experience

Experience in patient care, including taking vital signs and managing medical records.

Familiarity with medical coding and optical systems is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
