Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analyst‑Program/Project 3 to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of substation projects within a leading organization known for its commitment to innovation and excellence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting project managers and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects across our client’s extensive territory.

• Support project managers in executing substation projects across our client’s territory.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project licensing, engineering, procurement, and construction are on track.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including agenda creation, minute‑taking, and follow‑ups.
• Assist in preparing progress reports, tracking project milestones, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop and implement project procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor project status and coordinate activities to ensure timely delivery.

• Experience supporting project managers from initiation to execution.
• Background in infrastructure construction, preferably electrical.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree
