Pay Rate: $38/hr – $46/hr on W2

Note: Open to senior‑level candidates with strong commitment to onsite lab engagement

• Perform lab testing, demonstrations, and pilot work for advanced technologies.
• Focus on microgrids and remote grid systems.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis on lab equipment.
• Work with IT/network infrastructure – configuring IP addresses, connecting devices, and ensuring communication between systems.
• Read and create schematics/wiring diagrams, including building layouts, relays, and wiring from these diagrams.
• Manage instrumentation and data logging, including temperature sensors, current measurements, and configuring logging equipment.
• Utilize automation and control software, with familiarity in PLC programming and logic.

• Hands‑on electrical testing and troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency with schematics and circuit diagrams (both reading and creating).
• Experience with data acquisition systems and instrumentation setup.
• Understanding of network communication setup (IP configuration, connectivity checks).
• Exposure to automation systems, PLC programming, and control logic.
• Strong lab‑based engineering and testing background.
