Location: Pomona, CA (Hybrid)

• Lead substation structural engineering projects, managing multiple tasks from large‑scale to complex smaller projects.
• Oversee the development and execution of substation capital projects impacting financial and operational aspects.
• Conduct civil/structural engineering analysis, design, and CAD drafting for various facilities.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership and training.
• Define engineering requirements, schedules, and deliverables, providing updates to project teams.
• Perform site visits for construction support, inspections, and data gathering.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License or Structural Engineering (SE) License in California.
• Minimum of five years of experience in structural consulting engineering.
• Experience with substation design and AutoCAD drafting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
• Valid Class C Driver's License.
