Seeking an experienced Engineer 3 to provide technical leadership, engineering support, and hands‑on troubleshooting across electrical systems, instrumentation, automation, and facility engineering. This role ensures engineering problems are resolved efficiently, supports cross‑functional engineering initiatives, and contributes to high-impact projects through analysis, documentation, and field leadership. This is a fully onsite position in Pomona, CA
.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using electrical diagnostic equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes).
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and design documents.
• Perform instrumentation setup, data logging, and system testing.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for engineering tasks.

• Supervise, lead, and coordinate teams executing new technical strategies, equipment deployment, and standards implementation.
• Provide engineering expertise for high-impact, complex, and cross-functional problem resolution.
• Conduct engineering studies with full technical responsibility for planning and coordination.

• Ensure engineering facility design basis is controlled and documentation is updated.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safety and reliability.
• Support design reviews, technical strategy development, and system modernization initiatives.

• Perform control panel layout and component mounting (DIN rails, relays, terminal blocks).
• Route wiring neatly within enclosures; perform wire stripping, crimping, and assembly.
• Use basic networking knowledge for connected devices and industrial systems.
• Work with automation platforms such as:
  • LabVIEW
  • Ovation

• Support engineering related to energy storage, generators, and microgrids (preferred).
• Provide guidance for cross-team field and engineering initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
• Strong experience in:
  • Electrical diagnostics
  • Control panel layout
  • Instrumentation/data logging
  • Wiring, assembly, and schematic interpretation
• Proficiency with automation software (LabVIEW, Ovation).
• Experience conducting engineering studies and resolving technical issues.

• Experience with:
  • Energy storage
  • Generators
  • Microgrids
• California Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) license (preferred, not required).
