Senior Construction Project Specialist

Pay Range: $34.58hr - $39.58hr

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five plus years of experience in an analytical or project support role.
• Strong experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and project documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting infrastructure or construction projects.

• Experience supporting project managers through planning, execution, and closeout phases.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams on moderately complex projects.
• Infrastructure or utility construction experience preferred.

• Support pre-construction and construction planning by tracking action items and ensuring team adherence.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with large, multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Assist project managers with progress reporting, schedule tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Establish and apply project procedures to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Support planning and coordination of multiple concurrent projects.
• Monitor and report project status to ensure timely delivery.
• Track material status and coordinate follow-ups on lead times.
• Utilize project management systems to maintain schedules, documentation, and project data.
• Create and maintain project documentation with proper version control and access management.
• Support public and stakeholder communications related to project progress.
• Monitor reports related to project completion and closeout to mitigate risk.
• Participate in project site walks and support field activities as required.

• Experience in electrical or infrastructure construction environments.
• Experience interfacing with external customers, municipalities, or governing bodies.
