PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage who continues to originate while building a high-performance team. The role rewards with base salary plus commission on personal production and a branch override, with a sign-on bonus available.
You keep your own loan bookings and we provide processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support to focus on production, recruitment and coaching. This isn’t a desk-manager role; you lead the branch and drive its P&L growth.
