We are hiring candidates to join our Compass Center, Inc. team, who will embrace this opportunity to be part of a growing organization that respects and encourages work-life balance. SLP will provide in-home therapy to children under age 3.

This position has a lot of flexibility with hours/scheduling and you can build your caseload accordingly; SLP will have flexibility to build their own schedule with the families they work with! Pay DOE up to $65 per billable hour and paid drive time and mileage! Plus 401K and more for those eligible! • Provide one-on-one intervention with children and their families
• Administer developmental assessments and write reports within designated timelines
• Model effective adult-child interactions and provide written information on parenting and child development, as needed
• Monitor, document and share the child’s progress with the family, management, and Service Coordinator
• Maintain personal calendar, meet timelines, complete tasks as assigned by supervisor

• Masters degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences
• California Speech-language pathologist license
• Pass complete Livescan fingerprinting and background check procedure
