Pay Range: $21.00 - $27.00/hour for clinical work* (based on experience)

As a Behavior Technician, you will support ACES’ clients by helping them improve communication, problem-solving, and social skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in centers or home settings.
• Reinforce positive behaviors using therapeutic techniques learned in our training program.
• Track client progress with electronic health data on a company-provided device.

Qualifications:

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Good judgment and effective communication skills.
• Experience as a camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, or similar is welcome.

Requirements:

• Passion for working with children with autism.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Enrolled or completed college coursework.
• Comfort with tablet technology.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule to meet client needs.

Note:

The pay range reflects clinical work; non-clinical work is paid at $16.50/hour.
