This position will be highly visible and integral in the successful completion of our overall compliance remediation strategy.

• Support the execution target by ensuring Compliance Notification work moves through the IPSEC workflow by the compliance due date contributing to public safety, mitigating risk for the public and the company.
• Utilize and analyze output from dashboards, trackers, and systems of record to monitor, track, and report on progression of work.
• Collaborate in the development of processes and procedures supporting the workflow.
• Interface with operational stakeholders to move compliance work forward by removing obstacles, addressing escalated issues, and providing guidance on resolution.
• Decipher notification problem statements to determine resource needs.
• Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders in the compliance remediations space; communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates on progress, and address any concerns they may have.
• Identify risk, anticipate challenges, and develop contingency plans to ensure notifications stay on track.
• Address and resolve issues that arise, and be proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions to keep notifications moving forward.
• Serve as a liaison to communicate Remediation Management business requirements for dashboard creation, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, continue to improve how we present/display/manage compliance work to better drive performance.

• Collaborates with business stakeholders to define data requirements and translates business questions into analytical queries.
• Develops new processes with the goals of increasing productivity, reducing risk of system failure, promoting efficiency in workflow, and meeting or exceeding key operational performance targets.
• Updates and revises technical manuals based on policies and procedures, manufacturer information, industry standards and best practices.
• Provides input into the definition and documentation of the technical delivery policy, process, standards and documentation templates, collaborating with the product development team on product design and upgrades.
• Supports substation in creating goals for bill of material processing, setting monthly targets with support from transmission and distribution.
• Delivers independent execution of established and emerging work processes and systems.
• Communicates status of projects and studies, assists with planning and scheduling, and ensures alignment of communications initiatives to meet business unit goals and overall strategy, including consistency in tone, message, and approach.
• Conducts data analysis to develop insights and identify trends from large datasets regarding substation package intake and processing.
• Lead major projects that have major financial or operational impact to the operating unit and/or company.
• Performs in-depth analysis, develops recommendations, and provides consulting to address customer and/or Company problems/issues which cross organizational boundaries and require thorough technical knowledge to resolve.
• Ensuring protection of all physical, financial and cybersecurity assets; properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other highly sensitive information with highest standards of conduct and integrity.

• Seven or more years of experience providing technical support.
• Experience defining data requirements and building analytical queries.
• Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.

• Seven or more years of experience in Utility Industry, in the areas of Transmission and Distribution Operations or Program Management.
• Five or more years of experience in Data Analytics, with a strong background in managing, validating large or complex datasets, and working with various reporting platforms.
• Experience with DM, DCPT, DCRT, Click Schedule, Work It, and/or FMP
  360.
• Two or more years of experience with Power
  
  BI, Power Query, and/or other analytical tools such as SAS or SAS Visual Analytics (VA).
• Three or more years of experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience preparing weekly and monthly status reports to monitor compliance performance.
• Experience with District and/or Regional scheduling processes and notification dispositioning in alignment with E1 policy and GO95 requirements.
• Experience and knowledge of fundamental lifecycle (IPSEC) in all compliance notifications, including but not limited to:
  Understanding the differences between P1/P2/P3 and required end dates for each (e.g., HFEX, HFIA, non-HFRA).
