SAP Testing Principal Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant – SAP S/4 HANA Testing. As a Principal Consultant you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy and design, and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also design an optimal test environment to simulate real‑time scenarios.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of one year of education.
• 11+ years of Information Technology experience; 4+ years of utility domain experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship;
  Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship.
• Located within commuting distance of Rosemead, CA;
  Pomona, CA; or Richardson, TX, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to travel.

• Strong understanding and experience in SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/Plant Maintenance, Field Service Management (FSM), Service & Asset Management (SSAM) landscape applications.
• Experience leading and managing testing activities for large SAP S/4 HANA upgrade or implementation projects.
• Program test‑management experience and deep understanding of testing processes and lifecycle.
• Previously served as SAP program test manager for large S/4 HANA migration testing programs.
• Knowledge of SAP functional modules, project management, and software testing lifecycle.
• Overall program management of large SAP testing programs, ensuring successful delivery and implementation.
• Exposure to SAP pre‑sales activity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with client and onsite‑offshore teams; participation in leadership meetings.
• Proven experience in creating key testing documents such as test strategy, test plan, and schedule.
• Ability to provide daily status reports, handle escalations, and deliver critical insights.
• Strong knowledge of M/F ALM and ability to demonstrate ALM workflows.

The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Communication is required by telephone, e‑mail, or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per the role’s requirements.

Rosemead, CA: $118,498 to $158,850 per year.

Pomona, CA: $101,489 to $163,385 per year.
