• Program Oversight:
  Develop, implement, and manage housing-focused programs within CalAIM.
• Operations Management:
  Oversee Transitional Rent and Housing Trio Programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and coordination across all roles.
• Staff Supervision:
  Recruit, train, and provide ongoing support to housing navigators.
• Client Support:
  Assist members in finding housing, covering move‑in costs, and maintaining tenancy.
• Case Management:
  Manage caseloads, address client needs (health, housing, benefits), and provide crisis response.
• Budget & Reporting:
  Manage program budgets, oversee data and record keeping, and prepare reports.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with Managed Care Plans, counties, and community organizations to integrate care.
• Compliance:
  Ensure documentation and services meet program guidelines and quality standards.

• Supervisory/Management experience.
• Strong understanding of housing stability, homelessness, and supportive services.
• Knowledge of Medi‑Cal, DHCS, and social service systems.
• Trauma‑informed care, crisis intervention, and active listening.
• Administrative skills, data management, and compliance focus.

• Housing Stability:
  Connect clients to resources for permanent housing and prevent homelessness.
• Holistic Support:
  Address medical, behavioral, social, and employment needs.
• Data & Compliance:
  Maintain accurate records and adhere to strict program guidelines.
