Responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring quality and efficiency of output, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and molds to maximize equipment uptime through TPM and 5S.
• Fabricate, process, and assemble products according to manufacturing control instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Use standard mechanical tools accurately and occasionally lift light to moderate weights.
• Perform work with close tolerance and finish requirements and apply general knowledge of standard machining techniques.
• Monitor machine parameters, operations, and quality to ensure performance and compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspections on machines and finished products.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
• Provide training and support to junior machine operators.
• Assist in development and implementation of process improvements and analyze production data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety procedures.
• Execute any other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

• HS Diploma/GED with 2 years of related experience (e.g., injection molding) or 3 years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and teamwork ability.
• Good mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and eyesight.
• Ability to read and interpret two‑dimensional engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient time management and sense of urgency.
• Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior operators.

• Multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Follow instructions and guidelines from supervisor.
• Knowledge of weight scales, measurements, and mathematical skills.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions.
• Problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Computer proficiency for database applications.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods.
• Lead or mentor junior operators.

• Work schedules and shifts vary with manufacturing cycles.
• Overtime may be required.
• Moderate to loud noise level.
• Handling of product materials per procedures.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds.

$21.40 - $29.60 per hour, including potential bonus and benefits.
